APLD FYI folks it's triple witching day so I would expect lots of volatility.APLD What today's 8-k means (nothing): Applied Digital’s auditor, Marcum LLP, was acquired by CBIZ CPAs P.C. As a result, Marcum resigned as auditor on June 18, 2025, and CBIZ was appointed as the new auditor for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2025. Marcum’s past audit reports were clean, with no disagreements or reportable events except for a previously disclosed internal control weakness. Applied Digital did not consult CBIZ on any accounting matters before the appointment. The company followed standard SEC procedures, and Marcum confirmed agreement with the statements in the 8-K. This is a routine auditor change.
APLD 31% drop in 9 days since June 6 with no bad news, meanwhile stocks of same industry (HUT CORZ RIOT CLSK) are holding it's ground and continues growing. Is APLD being seriously manipulated or what's happening, seriously? Again, macroeconomics don't effect other stocks so much, so why the exception with APLD?APLD Judging by the lack of volume institutional buyers are not satisfied we are at the bottom yet. We need either a big catalyst to incentivize institutional buying at current levels or we could stay range bound for a while. This is an easy hold for me so no concerns longer term, but shorter term investors may experience frustration with this stock.APLD I'm hoping for a reversal of the trend at the 10.01 - 10.10 $ area.
