PRE Opinion - Not a play for me but interesting. Per my chart setup, PRE has yet to produce a bearish pivot and given it did not do so at the Approx. $12.6 level AND the MFI is clearing the 40 level, I predict this one will clear $12.6 and test the Approx $16 level. While not a sharp V pivot, the MFI did make an abrupt pivot out of its arc so that imples to me that indecision may not be in play. Keep in mind I am using range charts and they don't take time into account and they often DO NOT reflect smaller time frame spikes and dips that may extend beyond open/close levels and support and resistance levels.
