Major breakdown underway? NQ retracing sharply—watching the July '23 support zone around 15,787 as a potential target. LSMA aligning closely. Bounce or break?

i am thinking if the H&S will play out, isn't the C&H playing also? would be around the retracement on my 78.8%fib level on my chart and also the 50% retracement of fib from last low to this year's high. I have a Fib GP at that low of October last year.
