DOT is moving in a corrective pattern. It looks like it will rise but as
I see DOT is showing the chances for both moves.

A move above or below the pattern will show the next price direction.

DOT - update
I posted DOT analysis two days ago. After the price broke out on the upper part of the pattern DOT increased quickly and almost reached the first target.
The chances are that it can rise even more today.
However don't forget that the first target can be considered reached:)
